I have been in the natural health industry for over 10 years.

Aromatherapy was where my journey began in the natural health industry; it was shortly followed by Remedial massage. This is where I learnt that I could combine my knowledge of aromatherapy and essential oils and use that to make blends for my massage clients. I saw first hand the significant changes I was making in peoples lives. I continued to expand on my knowledge with Craniosacral Therapy, Kinesiology  and Cupping. I combine all my skills into the treatments I do, therefore they are unique and beneficial. I have a strong passion for helping others and use my intuition of the body to help my clients restore and rebalance their body, mind and soul.

From relieving muscular pain, tightness and injury by cupping and dry needling  and deep tissue remedial work. to a gentle, relaxing yet significantly corrective Craniosacral Therapy session. I have a suitable treatment for each individual persons needs regardless of age.

I specialise in neck, shoulder and back pain whether it be chronic or acute.
